Position Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow SPM Senior Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design and implement solutions that optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and support business objectives.
As a ServiceNow SPM Senior Developer, your responsibilities will include:
  • Configuring and customizing ServiceNow, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, and third-party software integrations.
  • Developing and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities through UI, Workflow, and Application development activities.
  • Implementing ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) solutions, including Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, and workflow administration.
  • Supporting the rollout of new applications, enhancements, and modules.

Qualifications

Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow SPM implementation, administration, configuration, and development.
  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, including scripting, tool configuration, technical design, and deployment.
  • Strong expertise in developing on the ServiceNow platform, including customizations and core application development.
  • 5+ years of experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML, or HTML5.
  • Ability to generate detailed technical documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • U.S. Citizenship required.

  • ITIL Foundations Certification
  • ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
  • ServiceNow SPM Implementation Specialist Certification
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
