About Commercial
- Other specific functions include the following:
- Work closely with brand team members to develop and execute derivative promotional materials (e.g., panels, leave behinds, rep triggered emails)
- Partner with brand team members to provide operational support for key brand related activities including speaker programs, advisory boards, conferences and sales meetings
- Partner with agency partners to develop key marketing materials
- Serve as a conduit between marketing, sales and marketing operations to coordinate delivery of key materials
- Play a key role in supporting and leading discussions at brand team meetings regarding initiatives that require cross functional feedback
- Partner with the team to develop and shape initiatives which could help generate brand demand
- Support discussions in the annual brand planning process and ensure input in terms of potential initiatives

- This position requires travel, such as attending various brand related events including key conferences, training events, and speaker events. This position is based on site on the San Rafael campus.

5+ years experience in a pharmaceutical/ad agency environment. Experience with the following programs and systems preferred: Veeva PromoMats, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat, MS teams. Understanding of local regulatory environment to support development of marketing materials and deliver key brand related initiatives.
