Levata Canada is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staging Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and packaging components accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all staging meets the required specifications and quality standards. This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. 

What You'll do: 

• Accurately assemble kits based on work orders, bill of materials (BOM), and instructions.
• Ensure that all components are correctly identified and included in the kits.
• Inspect parts and materials for quality and report any discrepancies or defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following company safety protocols.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of kitting projects.
• Record and update inventory levels as required.
• Configure, image, and stage desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment for Levata Customers.
• Perform device testing and quality checks.
• Assist with maintaining accurate customer inventory and updating hardware deployment records.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate team(s) when required.

What You'll Need: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge in Android, Apple IOS and Windows operating systems is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and assembly instructions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with O365, NetSuite.
• Knowledge of endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SOTI, 42Gears (SureMDM) or similar tools is an asset.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

 What we offer.

• Base salary: CAD $40,000–$45,000
• 5% bonus eligibility
