Temporary Talent Acquisition Consultant (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Based in Los Angeles, our portfolio includes Global Music Rights, Iconic Artists Group, Full Stop Management, and Giant Music.
We are seeking an experienced, manager-level Talent Acquisition Consultant to temporarily lead our recruiting function while our current recruiter is on maternity leave. Start date is in mid-March for an approximate four-month engagement.
This role will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across our organization, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and supporting continued growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work independently, and brings a strategic mindset along with hands-on recruiting expertise.
What You Will Do
Strategic Recruitment
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for roles up to the director level across all companies and departments.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to align hiring needs with business objectives.
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including proactive and direct candidate outreach.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes, from requisition creation through offer acceptance.
- Leverage social media and other platforms to market opportunities and engage candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates on recruiting progress, pipelines, and priorities.
Candidate Experience & Onboarding
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
- Support new hire orientation and onboarding in partnership with People & Culture.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Manager-level experience or demonstrated ability to operate independently and strategically.
- Proficiency with Jobvite and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
- Experience recruiting sales roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Paylocity is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
About Us
We are located in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, and work in-office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
The weekly salary range for this exempt temporary position is $2,200 – $2,500, depending on experience.
