Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Regional Field Marketing Associate to join our 3-month pilot program. This program offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of marketing while working closely with our regional marketing team. The successful candidate will assist in executing marketing initiatives, developing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement, and supporting various marketing campaigns across assigned regions. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:  
Assist in the development and implementation of regional marketing plans: Collaborate with the regional marketing team to create and execute field-specific marketing strategies tailored to specific geographic areas, demographics, and target markets. 
Coordinate event planning and execution: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of various marketing events such as community events, Doctor Day events, trade shows, conferences, seminars, and community outreach programs within the assigned regions. 
Conduct market research and analysis: Assist in gathering market intelligence, analyzing industry trends, and evaluating competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges in the district. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various internal teams, including retail, sales, and creative services, to ensure alignment and integration of regional marketing initiatives with overall company objectives. 
Support Stores Digitally: This includes Google My Business, Dutchie, In-Store menus, content capture for social media, and more as needed.
Partnership with Physician Outreach: Support all regional physician outreach efforts ensuring our retail teams and local physicians are supported with marketing materials, scheduling, and relationship building.   
 
Qualifications:  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, quick-changing environment 
  • Self-starting, forward thinking idea generator with entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Fully engaged, team player with excellent communication skills 
  • Project management skills 
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, project management and/or retail experience
  • Must be able to work 10 hours per week within business hours (9:00AM - 5PM)
 
Education:    
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent preferred, but not required.
