Job Summary 

The VP Supply Chain will drive how we align Ayr's supply chain to our business goals and objectives. Working closely with leaders of Manufacturing and Supply Chain, this individual will be responsible for optimizing process across the whole business, implementing innovative solutions, and establish appropriate KPIs aligned with the Company's goals. 

  

Duties and Responsibilities   

  • Drive the alignment of supply chain strategies with company business strategies by collaborating with stakeholders to integrate business needs into the supply chain strategy; serving as the subject matter expert for distribution centers and supply chain processes; and influencing senior leadership. 
  • Analyze data across the end-to-end supply chain processes to identify bottlenecks and other issues.  
  • Elevate visibility and risk for supply and demand constraints & define critical KPIs that connect supply & demand 
  • Lead Category management team responsible for forecasting and allocation at the store level Sales and Ops Planning
  • Distribution methodology  
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable analytical tools, dashboards, and metrics that drive key decisions and resource prioritization 
  • Define and build out supply chain processes to drive desired capacity outcomes and identify improvements when required.  
  • Champion innovation to simplify current solutions and methodologies; oversee the correction of errors, processes, and feedback loops. 
  • Bring a holistic perspective that considers data, analytics, customer insights, and different parts of the business when making plans and implementing strategies 
  • Develop diversity-focused success metrics as an essential business strategy 

 

 

Qualifications  

  • 15+ years of experience and success as a supply chain leader in a retail, consumer goods, fresh produce, or other, similarly relevant organization  
  • Transparent communicator that fosters ideation and new ways of leading the evolution of the cannabis industry.  
  • Successful track record of influencing and decision-making at multiple levels, inside and outside an organization 
  • Collaborative mindset to share ideas and initiatives for alignment and scalable growth. 
  • Solution oriented, nimble, and proven ability to change course swiftly to lead and deliver top industry results.  
  • Ability to navigate cross functionally and make decisions to support profitable growth  
  • Inclusive and creative problem-solver with a passion for continuous learning
