The Opportunity
The Director, Market Access Operations is responsible for leading, organizing and overseeing all operational components of Market Access, Site of Care (SOC) and Patient Services with the goal of ensuring both groups meet business and personal development objectives. The individual will coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders including Patient Engagement, Training, Finance, Human Resources, Access Strategy, Trade, Analytics, and Sales to facilitate appropriate analysis and understanding between the teams and their partners with regards to various projects and workstreams. A strong track record of project management experience in a fast-paced environment is expected as is the ability to frame decisions through compelling analytics, critical thinking, and strategic recommendations. This highly process-oriented role will require implementing projects and processes and identifying potential business and efficiency opportunities.
What You Will Contribute
- Align and manage operations of Market Access, Site of Care and Patient Services across all brands, with an emphasis on project managing strategic projects and initiatives.
- Identify, manage, prioritize, and own strategic and operational initiatives driving execution across cross-functional groups.
- Strategically identify and anticipate evolving operational and analytic needs of the Market Access, Site of Care and Patient Services Teams.
- Lead complex projects, on-time and on-budget.
- Manage cost centers for Market Access, Patient Services and Site of Care, working with Finance on budgeting and tracking.
- Amplify communication: Develop presentations on behalf of Patient Services and Site of Care leaders for key constituents such as the Board of Directors and the Executive Leadership Team.
- Support the development and tracking of KPIs and monitor the progress of key functional initiatives.
- Keep Market Access executive team on task by designing and driving agendas for weekly leadership meetings and strategy planning sessions.
What We Seek
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Minimum of 6+ years in a management or leadership role of people or function.
- Demonstrated success in strategy, or a commercial organization with industry experience.
- Strong project management experience.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, and an ability to thrive in a cross-functional team setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience developing presentations for board-level and C-suite audiences.
- Track record of delivering value to the business with the ability to manage and prioritize heavy workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills.

- Self-starter attitude.
- Requires 25% national travel, including some overnight and weekend commitments.
What We Will Provide To You
- The base salary range for this role is $225,400 - $249,100. The final compensation will be commensurate with such factors as relevant experience, skillset, internal equity and market factors.
