Your Role:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to join our team. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. The ideal candidate will bring deep HR expertise, a proactive mindset, and a passion for building strong organizational capabilities.
- Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies that support business growth and transformation.
- Identify and close organizational competency gaps through strategic workforce planning.
- Collaborate with business leaders to execute talent management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations and resolution, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Proven track record of managing organizational change by influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers through collaboration, data-driven recommendations, and strategic advocacy.
- Champion a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support scale up efforts, focusing on team alignment and cultural cohesion.
- Drive annual HR processes including goal setting, performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
- Provide coaching and consultation to managers and senior leaders on people-related matters.
- Analyze HR metrics to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
- Minimum 3 years supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, startup-like environments, ideally within biotech or healthcare.
- Proven success in driving employee engagement and fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across diverse teams and cultures.
- Deep understanding of U.S. labor laws and multi-state compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and lead with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills preferred.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This role is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. unless otherwise stated by Supervisor. The employee must also, if instructed, have the ability to work overtime and/or weekends when necessary.
Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation packages for this role, including a base salary, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
The compensation range for this role is $105,000 to $120,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer opportunities for career growth and development as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
