Coming from a smaller company that treated their workers well and put the customers first I wasn’t optimistic about finding a large business that would do the same, was I wrong!! HDIS continues to amaze me how far they will go to keep their employees and customers happy. All the while maintaining a professional business atmosphere (we are still profitable!!!).

I was thoroughly impressed with the hiring procedure. The folks in HR said they try to get a good fit between customer and employee and they are doing just that. I started with Attindas in November of 2016 as a contractor working in the shipping department as a Shipping Clerk. I had a feeling that I belonged here from the very beginning which was something I had never experienced with any previous employer. After a few months of hard work and proving myself to be reliable, responsible, and dedicated, I was offered a full-time position as a warehouse operator. 2 years later I became a floor lead and as of last year I was offered (and accepted) a promotion to become the Training Coordinator for the warehouse.

I have always felt that the Attindas leadership have cared about my well-being. The family philosophy that is portrayed is real and the leadership is always ready and willing to invest in those who are willing to invest in themselves. There is absolutely no ceiling as it relates to advancement opportunities.

Keeping our customers satisfied is always the mission. I take pride in knowing that I am training employees on the standards that allow us to do that consistently and that I am part of a team that holds that mission close to them as well. The emphasis that we put on safety not only helps our customer base, it also gives me peace knowing that Attindas also cares about me going back home to my family the same way I came in that morning.

I am always motivated to do my best for the company knowing that they have invested so much into my career already and I take pride in being not only a part of this great team, but of this family.

When I joined the HDIS family 9 years ago, I honestly could not believe how wonderful it was. They had a strong mission statement focused around both customers and their employees, that I really believed it. What’s more though, THEY believed in it. And in all the years and everything that’s done here at HDIS, what amazes me most is that that has not changed.

The family feeling is amazing as well. Not only do we take care of our customers every day, but we are here taking care of each other as well. Whether it’s work related or not, we’re kind of a family of our own. Through hard times like losing loved ones or natural disasters, to the small things like helping with flat tires or sparing a $1, everyone is always looking out for one another, stepping in or stepping up whenever needed.

The people working at HDIS are loving, compassionate and amazing individuals and to be honest, you have to be. Our customers are the most important piece to our company and we treat them as such. Without them we would not have a company, so treating them as family and with compassion is a must. That same love and value is also felt by the employees. HDIS does an amazing job of making sure everyone feels valued and supported and that shows every day in their actions.

Another thing I love about HDIS are the advancement opportunities that are available. Hard work and dedication are very much valued and so knowing that I can continue to grow with the HDIS gives me such a great appreciation.
