National Account Manager

Your tasks:

• Manage and develop a major UK retail account, identifying opportunities to drive sustainable sales and profitable growth 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Buyers, Category Managers, Supply Chain and eCommerce teams 
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs), long-term growth plans and promotional activities aligned with customer objectives and Attindas’ strategy 
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, rebates and annual trading agreements, focusing on mutually beneficial outcomes 
• Take ownership of P&L, forecasting, margins and profitability 
• Use customer, category and market insights to identify growth opportunities and translate them into commercial actions 
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, influencing effectively and professionally managing challenging customer conversations 
• Manage multiple priorities and projects, ensuring strong follow-through on actions and customer commitments 

Your skills:

• Proven National Account Management experience within UK retail, ideally with Boots, Walgreens Boots Alliance or a similar retailer
• Strong understanding of retail buying cycles, category management and promotional planning
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen with strong negotiation skills
• Experience in P&L management, forecasting and Joint Business Planning
• Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge professionally
• Strategic, analytical and highly organised approach with strong project management skills
