Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products.  The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.  
  
Attindas’ Incontinence Supplier, Home Delivery Incontinent Supplies Co. (HDIS) located in St. Louis is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join the team!

Your Role: 
The primary role as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will consist of processing overall HR management activities. The HRBP will play an advisory role and serve as a resource person using know-how, experience, and insights to provide HR guidance and education while assuring that organizational policies and procedures are understood and adhered to. The HRBP role will support the activities of other HR team members to ensure the delivery of HR services.
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Strategic business partner and liaison, providing sound thought leadership for internal clients and partners.               
  • Identifies needs within the business; assist management in understanding the process of conflict management, employee relations and objectives and the Company’s general corporate employee relations philosophy.
  • Provide HR partnership with coaching/counselling to employees and leaders regarding performance management programs, organizational effectiveness, talent development, compensation, employee benefits, change management and marketing of the HR function
  • Provide local support for Attindas Academy
  • Carry out various activities to support overall hiring for HDIS, and support all salary-level recruitment
  • Develop both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety conscious environment that results in employee safety and well-being
  • Communicates, interprets and administers updated HR policies and procedures throughout the corporate and/or remote employee environment
  • Make presentations and facilitate information or training sessions as required.
  • Administrative support (where needed) managing the day to day operations in the HR Department
  • Performs other job-related tasks and duties as assigned.

Experience/Skills Required:  
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications, or related field
  • HR Certification preferred
  • 3-5 years' HR experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws, combined with the ability to resolve problems and influence people
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic individual who demonstrates professionalism
  • Possess an approach based on customer focus and teamwork and assuming an advisory role
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to work several issues simultaneously and the ability to develop relationships throughout various levels of an organization
  • Strong knowledge of business and customer service principles including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership skills
  • Advanced organizational and priority management skills; familiar working in an environment where you need to manage several tasks and projects at once
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
