Job Summary:   
The Associate Director of National Accounts is responsible for generating sales, contracts and relationships with key customer targets including MCO health plans, MLTSS programs, PACE and state waiver programs as well as referral sources within the region and deliver to key metrics including new patient growth, new MCO contracts and customer brand awareness. Role activities will focus on building relationships with key Senior leadership personnel at health plans including contracting, medical and population health management leaders. An important aspect of this role includes development and execution of pull through strategies with existing as well as newly contracted customers. This will include extensive activities with case management and other health plan and waiver customer referral sources that will generate new patient referrals. Expectation is for the relationship to generate sales and margin growth in assigned region to meet quarterly goals. The Associate Director of National Accounts will represent the entire range of company products and services which include a larger emphasis on adult incontinence we as well as urological products, wound care, enteral nutrition and light DME products. Individual would also be responsible for connecting customers with our billing and product shipping department to ensure orders flow smoothly to their intended patient base.

Required Qualifications:   
  • 5  years of prior inside or outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare DME sales.
  • Reliable car and good driving record.
  • Willingness to spend 3-4 days per week physically going to appointments in person within region.
  • Communication, Math & Writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:  
  • 4-year college degree
