Health and Safety Associate Director

POSITION 
To ensure the development, implementation, management and maintenance of the Integrated Quality, Environmental and Product Safety Management System (SIGCMAPS) throughout the INDAS organization, developing the necessary strategies and objectives, and also complying with the corresponding corporate guidelines in order to provide the best possible product to our customers, generating benefits to the organization.
 
Management of Occupational Risk Prevention activities.
Develops (together with the General Management) the organization's risk prevention strategy and annual risk prevention objectives and is responsible for the local implementation of corporate policies and strategies.
Investigation of occupational accidents.
Updating risk analysis.
Lead risk reduction teams and follows up on the implementation of identified improvement actions.
Represents the company's own Prevention Service.
Identifies the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) suitable for each job position.
Supervises the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) carried out by external companies. Representative before any audit related to risk prevention.
