HR BUSINESS PARTNER

POSITION 
Manage the complete cycle of Recruitment and Selection, Training, Employee Relations of the Pozuelo work center; Management of the Company's Continuous Training Grants system, Flexible Remuneration Plan of the Company. In addition, control and monitoring of the Division's budget and participation in the implementation and modification of Human Resources policies and processes.
 
Manage the complete cycle of recruitment and selection of personnel for the Pozuelo work center (internal selection or outsourcing).
Collaborate in the improvement of the professional training of the company's personnel, through the preparation, execution and evaluation of the annual Training Plan for employees.
To manage the system of Subsidies for the Continuous Training of the Company. 
Manage the Company's Flexible Compensation and Insurance Plan.
Effectively manage the relationship with employees, playing a liaison role with the company and building a good relationship. 
Participate in the implementation and modification of Human Resources policies and processes.
