Account Manager, Noord-Nederland

 

Your tasks:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential business partners, stakeholders, and customers. Developing strategic partnerships with key business partners, with a view to deploy and sell services
  • Conducting and consulting market studies to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential market gaps. Leveraging insights to refine service offerings and identify new business opportunities
  • Managing cross-functional communication with specialist departments such as marketing, product management, scheduling, and finance
  • Responsibility for monitoring market developments, analyzing the competition and deriving recommendations for action
  • Responsibility for the budget and preparation of regular reports for the management team

Your skills:

  • Very good written and spoken English language skills
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in sales and customer contact and high customer & service orientation
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and preferably SAP
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking coupled with a results-oriented mindset
  • Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with the ability to work independently & responsibly and as part of a team
  • Committed and open personality with strong communication skills
