Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products. The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.
Attindas’ Incontinence Supplier, Home Delivery Incontinent Supplies Co. (HDIS) located in St. Louis is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join the team!

Your Role:
Primary responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, maintaining employee records, event planning and coordination, HR customer service, and HR administrative tasks.
Administrative support to the HR department:
  • Maintains employee data in HRIS system
  • Filing and auditing of files
  • Inputs schedules into e-time and WFN and manages time corrections
  • Process terminations and removal from systems
  • Assists HR with investigations of Employee Relations issues
  • Backup for Admin Assistant for badges
  • Administration, tracking and review of hourly annual performance evaluations
  • Administration of STD and FMLA claims processing and employee correspondence
  • Assists with wellness, employee recognition and benefit administration
Recruitment:
  • Reviews hourly resumes to be considered for hire
  • Completes phone screens for potential hourly candidates
  • Coordinates/conducts in person interviews for hourly candidates as needed
  • Processing (background and drug screens)
New Hire Orientation:
  • Schedules and assists with administration of New Hire Orientation
  • Creates NHO binders, shirt distribution and locker assignments
  • Creates employee files for new hires
Performs other job-related tasks and duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications/Professional Experiences:
  • 2-year degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous HR experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional HR Certification
