Job Summary:  
The Associate Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the Attends brand strategy and executing marketing efforts to enhance the market presence of our products across all channels of trade including healthcare and retail. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and implementing marketing campaigns to support product launches and brand initiatives. The Associate Marketing Manager will also manage packaging projects to ensure that product packaging aligns with brand standards and messaging appeals to target consumers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality packaging solutions that enhance the consumer experience. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Lead cross-functional implementation of product and packaging changes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the production team to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of product launches
  • Assist in the development, execution, and measurement of marketing activation plans.
  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of technical specifics of assigned product lines.
  • Assist in managing the product lifecycle, including new product development, packaging updates, and product discontinuations.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinating trademarks searches with Legal department
  • Analyze sales data and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborating claims development and substantiation with Product Design and Legal departments
  • Work closely with sales, product development, finance, and other departments to align marketing and packaging strategies with business goals.
  • Manage partnerships with internal and external agencies and vendors
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Required Qualifications:  
  • B.S. in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, can include business and sales processes.
  • Solid acumen across all four of the Marketing Ps (product, place, price, promotion)
  • Experience with new product or brand launch initiatives
  • Proven cross-functional team leadership experience.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrating keen attention to detail and remaining highly organized.
