The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.

The North America Retail Infant Brand Marketing team partners with top retailers to develop private-label infant diaper and training pant solutions. We help retailers grow market share in Mass, eCommerce, Drug, and Grocery channels through a unique combination of consumer insights, brand marketing, product innovation, and marketing activation. Collaborative partnerships and strong personal relationships are at the heart of our success.
About the Role
As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will help drive business growth by executing product and marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless project execution, and supporting brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional execution of product and packaging changes, upgrades, and launches with executional excellence and timeliness.
  • Support the development of brand strategies for the baby diaper category.
  • Assist in creating and implementing the annual marketing activation plan, including developing messaging and articulation of value proposition development.
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumers, users, and purchasers in the category.
  • Conduct periodic marketplace analyses, including sales reports, business opportunities, marketplace and competitive landscaping.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal (Sales, Category Management, Product Design, Insights, Product Supply) and external stakeholders (agencies, print vendors, retail teams).
  • Execute marketing projects across the marketing mix (e.g., research, product claims, branding, digital marketing, packaging).
  • Manage and report SG&A budget spending monthly.
  • Duties may change to adapt to evolving business needs.
What You Bring
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Healthcare Marketing, or Private Label business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead, collaborate, and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in packaging changes (artwork development, artwork reviews, press runs).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with agencies, vendors, and customers.
  • Experience leading new product or brand launch initiatives.
  • Strong creative eye and experience with packaging, marketing activation, and artwork development.
  • Familiarity with syndicated data analysis (Nielsen, IRI) and market research.
  • Ability to create engaging presentations.
  • Experience with project management and artwork proofing software (e.g., SmartSheet, WorkFront).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategy.
  • Experience working with legal teams on trademarks and product claims.
