Job Title: Manufacturing Technician 1 Entry
Department: Operations
Reports to: Shift Platform Leader
Starting Pay: $18.00/HR.
Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products. The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.

Your Role:
The Manufacturing Tech / Production Machine Operator is responsible for assisting the Line Leader with all aspects of operating the line and maintaining processes within prescribed specifications with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and waste.
The Manufacturing Tech / Production Machine Operator is responsible for assisting the Line Leader with all aspects of operating the line and maintaining processes within prescribed specifications with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and waste.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED from an accredited school
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience in manufacturing environment as a machine helper /operator or industrial related experience or military experience
- Ability to work a rotating shift
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
*Pay rates are based on experience.
