Attindas Hygiene Partners designs, manufactures, and markets absorbent hygiene products.  The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers, among other products, into the healthcare, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends, Indas, and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.  
  
Attindas’ Incontinence Supplier, Home Delivery Incontinent Supplies Co. (HDIS) located in St. Louis is looking for an Solutions Architect to join the team!

Your Role: 
The Solutions Architect works with the Associate IT Director to research to propose and implement technological solutions to meet business needs.  This includes the configuring, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle.  Additionally, support for and troubleshooting of the company’s existing software will occasionally be required. All solutions proposed must be compatible with HDIS’ internal application architecture, as there is often a need for integration
 
Key responsibilities:

  • Work with Associate Director of IT, Director of IT, Business Analyst, Project Managers and Business Managers
  • Determine system requirements based off user/process requirements.
  • Explore, propose, and implement technology solutions to fulfill stated business and system requirements.
  • Ensure proposed solutions will work within HDIS’s system infrastructure and environment.
  • Software design and estimates
  • Liaising with the business and vendors           
  • Maintain a working knowledge of HDIS infrastructure and systems.
  • Assess new technologies, languages, and software.
  • Critique current implementations and provide recommendations on what can be improved.
  • Developer support for new and existing systems including periodic on-call rotations.
 
Required Qualifications/Professional Experiences
  • 7+ Years of Software Development
  • 3+ years’ experience working with .Net (4.8), SQL, Stored Procedures, Windows Form development.
  • REST API, Json development experience
  • Experience in integrating/interfacing systems.
  • Reasonable familiarity in related areas including networking, security, hardware, etc.
 
 
Preferred Qualifications/Professional Experiences/Years of Experience:   
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Visual Basic 6 familiarity / experience
  • .net Core familiarity / experience
  • Oracle and Oracle PLSQL development experience
  • SOAP experience
  • ASP.NET experience
  • Experience working with 3rd party UI Libraries (DevExpress etc.)
  • Familiarity with business operations, including customer service, warehouse management, shipping and logistics, accounting, etc., with experience in developing software for these areas.
  • Experience in other IT functions including networking, security, web systems, hardware maintenance and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with HIPPA, PCI regulations
