Description

The Vice President of Product Management is an executive leadership position with enterprise-wide authority over ASUS Computer International’s US server and AI infrastructure business.
 
The position establishes corporate product policies, defines long-term business strategy, exercises wide discretionary authority, and directs multiple layers of management responsible for execution.
 
This position operates exclusively at the executive governance level and does not perform hands-on technical or operational tasks.
 
Executive Duties
Establish Corporate Product & Market Policy (30%)
  • Establish server product governance, lifecycle, and NPI
  • Co-work with Taiwan HQ to define US hyperscale AI compute & storage server, rack-scale infrastructure, across Air Cool and Liquid-cooling strategy
  • Handle long-term Rubin/GB200/GB300/B200/B300/new GPU chip based platform roadmaps
 
Organizational Management & Executive Control (25%)
  • Direct and govern subordinate Senior Managers, Fulfillment specialist and FAE,  managing 10 professional employees
  • Approve departmental structure, staffing levels, compensation bands, and succession planning
  • Conduct executive performance oversight of management staff
 
Financial Authority & P&L Ownership (20%)
  • Own server product portfolio P&L and profitability governance
  • Approve pricing strategy, margin structure, and revenue growth plans
  • Authorize vendor strategy, and supplier partnerships
 
Strategic Customers & Partners Engagement (15%)
  • Serve as ACI executive authority for NVIDIA, Intel, AMD, ISV partners, and neo-cloud CSP partnerships
  • Approve platform co-development programs and long-term roadmap alignment
  • Authorize design-win execution strategy
 
Corporate Representation & Governance (10%)
  • Represent ACI in executive partner negotiations
  • Approve regulatory, UL/FCC, and data-center compliance policy frameworks
 
Required Qualifications
Years of Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required
  • Master’s Degree (MBA or technical field) preferred
 
Work Experience:
  • 15+ years of experience in product management, server infrastructure, or related technology fields
  • 10+ years of leadership experience managing senior-level teams or organizations
  • Proven experience in server platforms, AI infrastructure, or hyperscale data center solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of owning product strategy and driving business growth in enterprise or cloud environments
 
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of server technologies, storage systems, AI infrastructure, and data center architecture
  • Deep knowledge of industry ecosystem, including OEMs, ISVs, and cloud service providers
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy at an enterprise level
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving profitability
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
 
Working Conditions:
  • Primarily office-based role requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use
  • Requires use of standard office equipment including computer, phone, and related tools
  • Up to 25–30% domestic and international travel may be required

$220,000-$280,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on the qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
