A major factor that inspired me to join Aryaka back in the Fall of 2018 was the passion the team possessed to develop innovative products and services for global enterprises. We believe in this so much, we have even taken this as one of our core company values: “We succeed through innovation”. I also noticed a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, which has always been extremely important to me and something I have continued to build upon during my time as CEO. In fact, we recently rolled out a Women in Tech group and a committee focused specifically on D&I efforts on a global level.
