Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Director to lead partner recruitment and development across the TOLA region (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas) while managing our national relationship with TD Synnex, our strategic distribution partner. This hybrid role requires a balance of regional field engagement, partner enablement, and national distributor management. You’ll be responsible for driving partner-led revenue, accelerating new logo growth, and expanding Aryaka’s Unified SASE footprint through a partner-first motion.
Key Responsibilities
TOLA Channel Leadership
- Recruit, onboard, and enable high-performing VAR, MSSP, TSD/Agents and regional partners across TOLA.
- Drive deal registrations, pipeline creation, and co-sell motions through joint business planning.
- Work closely with Aryaka field sales to ensure an effective sell-with motion and partner alignment.
- Support partner-led marketing and demand generation campaigns.
- Deliver partner QBRs and ensure strong pipeline forecasting discipline.
TD Synnex Distribution Management
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for TD Synnex nationally.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market and partner recruitment strategies.
- Align TD Synnex account managers and inside sales with Aryaka’s channel priorities.
- Drive awareness, enablement, and partner activation through the TD Synnex ecosystem.
- Manage MDF utilization, incentives, and reporting metrics.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in channel sales, distribution management, or partner development roles within networking, cybersecurity, or cloud industries.
- Strong relationships with TOLA-based partners and distributors.
- Proven success recruiting and scaling VAR, MSP, TSD/Agents and regional partnerships.
- Experience managing national distribution or large channel ecosystems (TD Synnex, Ingram, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation: Base salary up to $150,000 + Commission + Equity + Benefits
