Sales Operations Specialist JD
Bird’s eye view of your role –
 
The Sales Operations Specialist II works closely with the Sales team and Sales management, as well as key stakeholders Finance, Legal, and IT.
The primary responsibility of this position is ensuring we are processing new orders and ensuring order revenue is accurately reflected for quota attainment and customer billing purposes.
  • Optimize use of sales tools, work with the field on best practices, system utilization, and adherence of Company and Sales Policies
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, assist on the development of new processes and policies as required while developing proper outcome measurements.
  • Provides direct support to the sales team as needed
  • Participates in team meetings and conference calls as necessary to support region
  • Directly working with the sales team to assist with creating quotes, and ensuring they are accurate and approved based on standard T&C’s.
  • Assist with building and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, sale processes, and
requirements
  • Balancing multiple priorities and deadlines

Job Requirements –
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations or Order Operations
  • Experience with managing complex order systems and processes
  • Demonstrated competence in Salesforce administration and order processing
