Financial Analyst FP&A 

Join our dynamic team as Financial Analyst FP & A to support our COGS financial close process. 

Position Summary: As the Financial Analyst at Aryaka, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to further advance the financial planning and analysis function for a 500-person startup in the Security Networking sector. You will work closely with executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights, develop financial plans, and drive data-driven decision-making. 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Facilitate the financial close process for our standard cost of sales while working cross functionally with accounting.
  • Own the communication and analysis of our cost of sales and assist on executive level commissions for our monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist the Sr Director of FP&A with planning, forecasting, and reporting on our cost of sales.
  • Assist on cost savings initiatives with the business, procurement, and management to ensure we have optimal gross margins.
  • Participate in ad hoc and strategic projects requested by the Sr Director of FP&A.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field, CPA or CFA is a plus.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the technology or security networking industry.
  • Background in financial close processing using multiple systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora, and FloQast experience is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
