Position Summary:

The Senior Commercial Analytics Operations Manager plays a key role in enabling the success of Ardelyx’s Commercial organization by managing and optimizing the systems, processes, and reporting capabilities that drive effective field execution and business planning.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Operations, this role partners closely with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and optimization of commercial systems, field-facing tools, and operational processes. The Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and availability of data used to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee key commercial operational processes, including territory alignments, systems access, field training logistics, sample distribution, fleet coordination, and roster management
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Veeva CRM, partnering with cross-functional teams to administer system updates, integrations, and ongoing platform optimization
  • Manage and maintain Ardelyx Insights, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and timely availability of reporting that supports field execution and commercial decision-making
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the implementation and adoption of Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics, translating insights into actionable strategies for the field organization
  • Administer key operational aspects of the Incentive Compensation program through data validation, reporting distribution, and ensuring plan components are accurately reflected in systems and reporting tools
  • Collaborate across Commercial, Market Access and Patient Services, Medical, Analytics, Training, IT, Compliance, and external partners to execute key initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance systems, reporting, and operational processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales operations, commercial analytics, sales enablement, related commercial operations roles, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models, field sales execution, and compliance requirements
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva) and commercial reporting tools
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to interpret commercial data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to travel approximately 10–15%
 
The anticipated annualized base pay range for this full-time position is 151,000 - 185,000. Ardelyx utilizes industry data to ensure that our compensation is competitive and aligned with our industry peers. Actual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target and equity awards, subject to eligibility and other requirements.
