The Manager, Solution Engineering is responsible for leading a team of Solution Engineers to deliver growth - both new acquisitions and existing customer expansion, with the goal of achieving both team and individual targets. 

 

Your Impact

 

  • Accountable for driving excellence in product demonstrations, deal strategy, process and solution-based technical selling. 
  • Ensure product ideas are shared effectively with sales enablement, product and marketing.  
  • Responsible for delivering product updates, competitive overviews, and product & demonstration skills training.
  • Uplevel Solution Engineer Skills and Development.
  • Opportunity and Pipeline Management alignment.
  • Provide Inside Sales Enablement by working with cross-functional business partners.
  • Drive Solution Engineer team initiatives and sales focused strategy across SE’s.

 

Must-Haves
  • 3+ years of leadership experience within B2B full cycle sales and/or Solution Engineering
  • 5+ years experience providing product software demonstrations in B2B environment
  • Excellent presentation, communication, time management and listening skills with proven ability to influence an audience
  • Track record of high quota attainment
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach
  • An open mindset towards process change
  • Strong experience identifying metrics and KPIs correlated with SE productivity and coaching a consultative, solution based sales methodology
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Docs or similar preferred
  • Ability to travel ~1 week/month
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary/hourly wage that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $112,000 - $140,000
The actual base salary/hourly wage for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc. 

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
