Our faith-based consumer division, Ignite Christian Academy (ICA), is looking for detail-oriented people to join our team in the role of Academy Support Assistant. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills. Potential candidates should have the ability to provide administrative duties that will offload data entry from the Education Coordinators and Education Adviser teams.  This is a support position for the academy sales and retention teams.

You will respond to customer calls, emails, and other direct contacts in a timely manner. A variety of 80+ inbound and outbound calls are handled daily. Communications are recorded in a CRM system and orders/payments are entered into a separate system, amongst other data entry requirements. You`ll listen with intent and ask questions to dig deeper into what a potential family needs to be successful, then make recommendations based on the information provided.

 

This is a regular, full-time position, based out of your home.
