The Inside Sales, Manager Home Learning is responsible for leading the Home Learning B2C sales across all Imagine Learning-Home Learning brands, working with Homeschool and Academy operations, marketing, and sales leadership to increase sales, enrollments, and retention.


Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.


Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.


Location: In this US-based position your location will be in our office in Tempe, AZ.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Direct and oversee B2C sales and new student recruiting efforts for the Home Learning brands.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, development, and management of sales talent to drive company growth.
  • Help transition current sales from a remote environment to hybrid and premised based.
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the Home Learning Sales department.
  • Create and implement Sales training programs with the ultimate goal of retention and strengthening lead acquisition.
  • Draft, implement, and execute policies, procedures, trainings, reports, and campaigns to facilitate quality sales and enhance new customer onboarding. 
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics for sales delivering exceptional operating metrics.
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure quality lead flow and proactive post-lead conversion protocols. 
  • Develop and implement methods to record, assess, and analyze customer feedback.
  • Devise and implement creative incentive strategies to develop and retain top performers.
  • Identify and recommend sales process updates, smart automations, and expansions to technology, equipment, and policies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the sales and support department and other divisions in the Company.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Share Your Expertise.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or Education and 7+ years of experience in a sales support role with supervisory experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in B2C EdTech sales, or K-12 Education, and/or post-secondary online education required.
  • Demonstrated success managing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a team player mindset.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • Advanced level proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in online education is a plus.
