Join Antom's dynamic Card Acquiring team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global payments. We are building the next generation of cutting-edge technology and features to provide unparalleled global coverage for the world's largest merchants and emerging MSEs (Mid-Size Enterprises).
As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of this mission. You will assist in managing a globally distributed team and work directly with the Head of Product to define and deliver on our ambitious product roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Execution: Assist in the development and execution of the product vision and roadmap for our Global Card Acquiring Solutions.
- Global Team Coordination: Help manage and coordinate a diverse, cross-functional team with members across the EU, Singapore (SG), the US, and Shanghai (SH).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work directly with the Head of Product to translate business strategy into detailed product requirements and ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from concept and business case development through to launch, iteration, and performance analysis.
- PRD Elaboration: Create clear, detailed, and actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories to guide engineering and design teams.
- Project Management: Drive project coordination, ensuring timely delivery against roadmap milestones, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in Product Management within the payments industry, specifically in card acquiring, payment processing, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrable experience with global card scheme relations, acquirer domain projects, and/or processor integration projects.
- Strong background in project management and project coordination, with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to engineers, executives, and global partners alike.
- Experience in writing detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and elaborating on requirements for development teams.
- Business-level English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant plus.
