Job Description:
As our Director of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and maximize ROI. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and oversee all aspects of performance marketing, including paid search, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to measure marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and identify new opportunities.
- Budget Management: Manage the performance marketing budget effectively and optimize ROI.
- Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing performance marketing team.
- Channel Optimization: Continuously optimize performance across all channels to maximize ROI.
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing to identify and optimize high-performing marketing tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of driving significant growth through performance marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. **
Compensation:
Annual compensation range for this position is $125,000 – $300,000. Compensation commensurate with experience.
