Description

Through our innovative technology and customer-centric focus, we strive to make home financing more accessible and tailored to individual needs.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can own the end-to-end product experience—from understanding user needs to delivering polished, high-converting UI.

This is a hybrid UX + UI role for a designer who:
•Thinks in systems
•Cares about data and outcomes
•Designs experiences that perform, not just look good

You’ll work closely with product, experimentation, engineering, analytics, and marketing to design intuitive, fast, and frictionless experiences across web and mobile.

What You’ll Do:
End-to-End Product Design
  • Design complete user journeys (research → flows → wireframes → high-fidelity UI)
  • Simplify complex, high-consideration flows into clear, intuitive experiences
  • Translate user needs, business goals, and experimentation hypotheses into effective designs
Conversion-Focused UX & UI 2
  • Improve acquisition and conversion funnels through UX and UI enhancements
  • Design experiences aligned to traffic source, intent, and funnel stage
  • Support A/B tests and experimentation by producing test-ready designs
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative insights to iterate and improve designs
Design Systems & Consistency
  • Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems
  • Ensure UI consistency, accessibility, and visual quality across the product
  • Balance speed and craftsmanship in a fast-moving environment
Data-Informed Design
  • Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, session replay, and experiment results to identify drop-offs and opportunities
  • Interpret experiment learnings and apply insights to future designs
  • Partner with analytics to ensure designs are measurable and testable
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, CRO leads, and marketers
  • Work iteratively from concept to launch in an experimentation-driven workflow
  • Clearly communicate design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Experience
5+ years of experience in product design (UX + UI)
Strong portfolio demonstrating real, shipped product work
Experience designing end-to-end flows, not just individual screens

Skills & Mindset
Strong understanding of usability, user behavior, and conversion principles
Comfortable working in data-driven, experiment-heavy environments
Ability to think strategically while executing quickly
Experience with design systems and scalable UI
             Strong communication and collaboration skills
Product-first mindset that prioritizes user and business impact over personal preference

Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, mortgage, or other high-conversion funnels
Experience supporting A/B testing, CRO, and experimentation
Familiarity with Figma, GA4, Hotjar, FullStory/OpenReplay
Understanding of front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS; Tailwind a plus)

High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
