Your Responsibilities: 

  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional service through phone, email, and chat. 
  • Collaboration: Partner with team members to foster a positive client experience, smooth transitions, and an engaged office culture. 
  • Office Support: Navigate office systems and processes, including administrative tasks and business operations. 
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, conversations, and account information. 
  • Professional Growth: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge alongside a supportive team.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed about the latest insurance products and initiatives to better assist clients.
