QA Test Lead (Nightshift)

The Quest:
- Elevate your team’s testing knowledge and constantly provide feedback by setting clear goals for each member, track their progress, and offering support for their career growth
- Directly communicate with partners and stakeholders for day-to-day needs
- The ability to execute on test cases and creating test plans to ensure ample coverage for project needs and that the product is up to industry and company standards
- Has knowledge and exposure to various platforms (PC, Console, Mobile (iOS/Android), Handhelds, Web Tools, Software, JIRA, etc)
- Able to onboard new employees and create personalized development plans based on their desired path
- Able to generate quantitative and qualitative feedback and reports for partners and upper management to measure their team’s performance and its impact on the business
- Know how to conduct monthly evaluations and hosts 1:1 meetings for direct reports
The Skills:
- You're in sync with QA processes and methodologies, navigating them with finesse and expertise.
- Adaptability and good time management skills
- Fluent in English, you convey ideas with clarity, charisma, and precision, both in script and in person.
- Possesses strong sense of ownership for their projects, company, and the growth of their team
- A high level understanding of each of the business needs of the clients
