The Quest:
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners from all over the world.
- Generate business within the global games market focusing on QA, Localization, and Player Support.
- Structure, negotiate and close partnerships to meet or exceed company objectives.
- Develop a partnership strategy with client’s key stakeholders.
- Attend client meetings, presentations, trade shows and more.
- Manage the full sales cycle.
- Work collaboratively with the delivery teams to help create effective solutions.
- Generate new business through content lead outreach campaigns.
The Skills:
- A minimum of 5-year experience in a similar role withing the Games Industry, specifically building expertise in development support services (i.e., QA, Localization, Player Support)
- Proven track record of exceeding targets through building strong client relationships
- An existing network of relevant contacts within the games industry is a must.
- Experience managing a revenue pipeline.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, whilst working with colleagues and clients where English is not their first language.
- Proficient in English
- Self-motivated

- Ability to work with a globally distributed team.
- Able and willing to travel frequently.
- Demonstrates the ability to make proactive, informed decisions.
