About the Role
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Marketing Specialist with a strong passion for short-form video content to join our marketing team.
In this role, you will own and drive Amber’s presence across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, creating engaging, high-impact video content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports player acquisition.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Business teams to develop social-first campaigns that resonate with gaming audiences globally.
To be successful in this role, you must be highly self-motivated, proactive, camera-confident (or creatively behind-the-camera), and deeply familiar with platform trends, algorithms, and content formats that perform.

The Quest
- Own the strategy and execution of Amber’s short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos tailored to each platform
- Stay ahead of trends, sounds, memes, and platform updates to ensure content relevance and virality potential
- Develop social-first campaigns that support game launches, player engagement, employer branding, and corporate visibility
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Creative, Product Development, Business Intelligence, HR, Executive Management) to translate key messages into compelling social content
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators in the gaming ecosystem
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement rate, watch time, retention, CTR, conversions) and continuously optimize content strategy
- Support paid social amplification by adapting organic content into high-performing ad creatives
- Build and nurture engaged communities through authentic, platform-native communication
- Experiment with new formats, storytelling techniques, and creative approaches to increase reach and engagement
The Skills
- 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content creation (gaming industry experience is a strong plus)
- Proven experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or YouTube Shorts
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience filming and editing videos (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, InShot or similar tools)
- Creative storytelling skills with the ability to hook audiences within the first 3 seconds
- Experience in gaming marketing, player acquisition, or community building is a plus
- Skilled in analyzing KPIs and translating data into actionable improvements
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across multiple business units and product teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in User Acquisition (UA) is a plus
