About the role:
We are are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. In this project-based role, you’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition team members to develop our Talent Network on LATAM. Whant to know more about Talent Network? Click here : https://amberstudio.com/talent-network
This freelance role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on our recruitment processes, while providing candidates with a genuine insight into our dynamic culture.
The Quest:
- Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting campaigns tailored to our business needs.
- Independently manage the recruitment process, ensuring strong alignment with hiring managers and the candidate experience.
- Proactively engage passive candidates and build strong candidate pools.
- Conduct screenings and interviews, evaluating both technical and cultural fit.
- Regularly update and maintain our ATS, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates, clear notes, and transparent information flow for hiring teams.
The Skills:
- Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition, ideally within the gaming or IT industry, with freelance experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, with the ability to organize, track, and report on candidate status effectively.
- Proficiency with recruiting platforms, resume databases, and sourcing tools.
- High level of fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
