 WHAT WILL YOU DO 

This individual is responsible for directing the operations of the Human Resources Department. Develops, maintains and enhances human resources services by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. Develops, directs and coordinates Human Resources policies and programs including but not limited to employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits and employee services. Responsible for monitoring the legal exposure of the organization related to all state and federal employment related laws and regulations. Demonstrates fidelity to the Catholic Health Care mission, displays a high regard for human life and respects the dignity, uniqueness, worth and rights or each individual.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or related field required.

Masters Degree and/or advanced human resources training or certification preferred.

Five years progressive human resources experience required.

Knowledge of all major legal and regulatory pronouncements in the HR field required.
