Medical Receptionist – Sag Harbor, NY

Halsey Dermatology is a vibrant and busy Dermatology practice seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team in Sag Harbor, NY. This position would be best suited for an outgoing person who enjoys working with both Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology patients.

Preferred Qualifications for Ideal Candidates:

• High School diploma or GED
• Working knowledge and experience as a Receptionist highly preferred
• Prior experience and/or knowledge of an Electronic Medical Record

Position Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients and visitors
• Answering telephones in a courteous and professional manner
• Scheduling appointments for patients
• Collecting copays or balance due
• Respects patient confidentiality
• Performs all other related duties as assigned
