AGS CULTURE CREW

AGS’ Culture C.R.E.W. (Community, Recognition, Enrichment, Wellness) program is driven by a passionate and energetic group of employee volunteers focused on leading social activities, volunteer initiatives, and company events and celebrations in each of our major offices around the globe. Our Culture C.R.E.W.s create a fun atmosphere in the office, foster relationships and team-building, raise AGS’ profile in our local communities through support of and outreach to not-for-profit organizations, and most important, align our corporate and personal values.

IN OUR COMMUNITIES

In addition to financial contributions to civic and community organizations, we foster a culture that encourages employees to give their time and talents year-round to contribute to the communities where our employees and our customers live and work.

Through organized team volunteer initiatives and our Community Hero Day, where we give each employee eight hours of paid time off for community service, AGS actively supports literacy programs, disadvantaged schools, holiday adopt-a-family initiatives, the elderly, and numerous other worthwhile causes. We also encourage our employees to bring their professional expertise to programs that further math and science education.
