Job Description
- Participate in a full-time, in-person training program at AGS's Atlanta office beginning Monday, July 20, 2026
- Build fluency in the fundamentals of slot game design: math modeling, game mechanics, player psychology, and regulatory frameworks
- Develop applied skills in the creative and analytical tools that support slot design: art direction, animation, music production, design thinking, and behavioral psychology
- Collaborate with industry experts to pitch, prototype, and pressure-test game design concepts in a high-feedback environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical or creative discipline (e.g. engineering, computer science, science, fine arts, mathematics, etc.)
- Comfort/ fluency in probability and statistics
- Evidence of excellence in both a creative discipline (e.g., writing, music, design, animation) and a technical/analytical discipline (e.g., math, engineering, programming)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A demonstrated track record of execution—you finish what you start and take ownership of outcomes
- Love the Game: Passion for games and a considered perspective on what makes them engaging
- Fluency with emerging tools and workflows, including AI—we're looking for candidates who see AI as a creative and analytical accelerator, not a threat
- Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a valid work authorization
- Advanced degree(s)
- Advanced Probability and Statistics experience
- Signal Processing experience
- AI or Machine Learning Experience
- Audio Engineering or Production
