Cloakroom Attendant

Temporary Part-Time

(Up to 24 hours per week; must be available to work weekdays, evenings and weekends. Saturday and Sunday full availability required. Must be available the first Wednesday of the month from 5:30pm – 9:00pm and one other full availability from Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.)

We are currently seeking a Temporary Part-Time, Cloakroom Attendant to join our Visitor Services team. Under the direction of the Associate Director, Visitor Welcome, the incumbent will Checks patrons' coats and parcels and provide information to visitors as needed.

 

The rate of pay for this position is $21.20 - $26.48 per hour.

 

What is this position responsible for?

 

• Check and hang coats and parcels. Informs patrons of the parcel/bag restrictions. 
• Counts cash float, receives fees for cloak room services, counts cash and records amount on Daily Cloak Room Cash Out at end of shift.
• Records and secures items left by patrons. Completes paperwork for lost tags.
