  • What can I expect after I submit my application?

    Keep up to date with the status of your application by creating a profile with us. We will reach out to you via email if we decide to move forward with your candidacy.
    Timelines to respond are variable depending on the recruit. Nevertheless, we will reach out and give you an update via email, whether we decide to move forward or if your application wasn’t a fit for the role.

  • Will I get feedback if I wasn't selected for the role?

    We understand that feedback can help you with your career growth and future interviews. However, because of high volume recruitment and applications we have to review, it is difficult to give personal feedback to all applicants.

  • Are there people reviewing my resume or is it just through an automated filtering system?

    Your candidate experience is important to us. We love to connect with our candidates, and try to connect individually when we can. The standard messages you do receive are important information that we think our candidates need to know.

  • What is the interview process like at the AGO?

    We will set up a panel interview with members on the team that will ask you situational and experience based questions. We want to make sure it's a good fit for both you and the team!

    Depending on the position, you may be asked to complete a short assignment or submit samples of your previous work. We will let you know in advance.

  • I have all of the qualifications and experience, why wasn't I offered an interview?

    With an average of 500+ applications per job posting, the pool of highly qualified applicants makes it difficult to get to everyone. We try our best!
