Absolute Dental is looking for a part-time Oral Surgeon to join our team in the Las Vegas area. We’re specifically looking to fill 8 days per month.
We’ve been serving Nevada communities for over 20 years and focus on delivering high-quality patient care while giving our providers the support, flexibility, and respect they deserve. No over-the-top scripts or micromanaging—just a solid practice environment and a team that values what you bring to the table.

What You Can Expect

  • $5,000 sign-on bonus
  • Guaranteed day rate + tiered production percentage (no cap, no draw)
  • 8 days per month (with flexibility around your schedule)
  • Full clinical autonomy—treatment planning, pace, and scheduling
  • No call, no weekends, no holidays
  • Well-trained support staff and modern setups in fully digital clinics

What You’ll Do

  • Perform extractions, impacted third molars, orthodontic-related surgeries, and related procedures
  • Work alongside an experienced clinical team
  • Provide safe, high-quality care with an emphasis on patient comfort and outcomes

Requirements

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited program
  • Completion of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
  • Active (or eligible for) Nevada dental license, DEA, RX, CPR
  • Board-certified or board-eligible preferred
