Pay will be determined based on your experience and specialty assignment and will be discussed after the interview and full review process. Compensation may vary, as it is tailored to each candidate’s individual background, skills, specialty assignment, and overall experience.****

OPEN POSITIONS

General Dental Assistant

Assist with chairside support, X-rays, sterilization, and patient care throughout the day.
Pay:
  • $18+/hour with formal dental assisting education (DOE)
  • $16/hour without formal dental assisting education

Pediatric Dental Assistant

Support pediatric dental procedures and help create a positive experience for children and families.
Pay:
  • $18+/hour with formal training (DOE)
  • $16/hour without formal training

Lead Dental Assistant – Pediatric

Oversee daily pediatric back office operations, support providers, and help guide team members.
Pay: $23–$24/hour

Hygiene Assistant

Assist hygienists with patient flow, operatory setup, and sterilization processes.
Pay: Starting at $18/hour

Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Assist with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic procedures while supporting patient care.
Pay: Starting at $18/hour (DOE)
Note: Travel between offices is required. Reliable transportation is necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Dental assisting experience preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Knowledge of dental terminology
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
