Open Positions & Pay
- General Dental Assistant
- Starting $16+ (depending on experience)
- Chairside support, take X-rays, sterilize instruments, and help create a comfortable experience for patients.
- Lead Dental Assistant
- Oversee daily clinical operations, mentor assistants, and support practice management. Pay determined by manager based on experience.
- Pediatric Dental Assistant
- $18–$19/hour (depending on role & experience)
- Deliver gentle and compassionate care to young patients in a kid-friendly environment.
- Pediatric Lead Dental Assistant
- $23–$24/hour
- Lead pediatric team, support staff development, and ensure positive experiences for children and families.
- Hygiene Assistant
- Starting $16+ (depending on experience)
- Assist hygienists with room prep, patient care, sterilization, and scheduling.
- Orthodontic Dental Assistant
- Starting at $18/hour (depending on experience)
- Assist with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic procedures.
- This position requires travel between offices must have reliable transportation
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with dental procedures (fillings, extractions, root canals, etc.)
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care
- Maintain accurate charting and patient records
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
- Provide compassionate chairside support
Qualifications
- Previous Dental Assistant experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
