Open Positions & Pay

  • General Dental Assistant
    • Starting $16+ (depending on experience)
    • Chairside support, take X-rays, sterilize instruments, and help create a comfortable experience for patients.
  • Lead Dental Assistant
    • Oversee daily clinical operations, mentor assistants, and support practice management. Pay determined by manager based on experience.
  • Pediatric Dental Assistant
    • $18–$19/hour (depending on role & experience)
    • Deliver gentle and compassionate care to young patients in a kid-friendly environment.
  • Pediatric Lead Dental Assistant
    • $23–$24/hour
    • Lead pediatric team, support staff development, and ensure positive experiences for children and families.
  • Hygiene Assistant
    • Starting $16+ (depending on experience)
    • Assist hygienists with room prep, patient care, sterilization, and scheduling.
  • Orthodontic Dental Assistant
    • Starting at $18/hour (depending on experience)
    • Assist with braces, Invisalign, and orthodontic procedures.
    • This position requires travel between offices must have reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with dental procedures (fillings, extractions, root canals, etc.)
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
  • Take and develop dental X-rays
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care
  • Maintain accurate charting and patient records
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
  • Provide compassionate chairside support

Qualifications

  • Previous Dental Assistant experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
