Graphic Designer
We’re hiring a Designer to support our Marketing team’s needs. In this role you’ll collaborate with our Marketing team to create visually compelling assets for paid advertising campaigns, lifecycle marketing, and more. From designing impactful ad creatives to crafting beautiful, conversion-focused email designs, your work will directly contribute to driving engagement and supporting our marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and produce high-quality assets for paid advertising campaigns, including social media and display ads.
- Create visually appealing email designs that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to iterate creative concepts and ensure assets meet campaign objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets and contribute to evolving our brand identity as needed.
- Manage and organize design files in Figma to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
- Protect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customers.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
What You’ll Need
- Figma Expertise: You are comfortable using Figma as your primary design tool, managing design systems, and collaborating with teams.
- Marketing Design Experience: Experience creating assets for paid advertising and lifecycle marketing, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite: Expertise in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail and understand the importance of consistency in visual identity and messaging.
- Communication Skills: The ability to clearly communicate ideas and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
The base pay range for this position is from $75,000-85,000 annually; the base pay offered is determined by the market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our annual bonus program.
