The IT Business Process Engineer  will need experience with implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) employing ITIL best practice across and enterprise.  Primary responsibility will be the creation and documentation of enterprise wide process definition specification to be implemented on a commercial ITSM platform. Also, responsible for analyzing existing processes and organization structures and re-engineering alternatives, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future enterprise and systems environment. Create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to impacted stakeholders and systems teams.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and aid in the implementation of IT Service Management process as they apply in a commercial global enterprise
  • Work to underpin IT services and IT security with implementation of IT governance
  • Design and re-engineer Information Technology support and operations for the client.
  • Modeling business processes and requirements (using structured tools and techniques, i.e. user-case scenarios) and integrating them with data and system architectural models and requirements.
  • Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts, such as Six Sigma, ISO 9004.
  • Develop recommended operational improvements to IT and IT methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting with a specialization in business and operational process change. 
  • Provide guidance and advice to leaders on enterprise ITSM systems, and enterprise integration
  • Facilitate rapid improvement for problem solving and continuous process improvement
  • Solve problems in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and training

Required Experience:

  • 10-12 years of IT experience
  • Demonstrated experience as an exceptional change agent working with a wide range of Stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience working with Enterprise Systems deployment
  • Demonstrated experience working process at the strategic, enterprise level with measureable results
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to build positive working relationships within a commercial organization
  • Microsoft Office  and process modeling skills
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills

  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
  • Project Management Professional
