The Store Operations Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights, through strong analytical and critical thinking skills, focusing on delivering actionable business recommendations needed to drive operational efficiencies across the network of stores.

Cross-functional collaboration is required throughout the organization, both at HQ and throughout the Field, supporting the compilation and synthesis of robust datasets, ultimately producing actionable, standardized reporting. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work independently or on a cross-functional team in a fast-changing environment, serving as an analytical partner, and providing meaningful data-driven insights for our businesses.

What You'll Do:

  • Offers forward-thinking analyses to improve and/or build upon new and recurring store events
  • Initiate and drive process improvements for greater accuracy, financial control, and efficiency
  • Develop financial models and analysis to evaluate business decisions.
  • Consistently focused on optimizing resources to meet business objectives
  • Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate store needs into stories and acceptance criteria for business partners.
  • Performs any data validation and analysis to ensure accuracy with labor allocations, payroll reporting, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports, work with the applicable department management and provide context to reports
  • Responsible for validating, and analyzing all labor associated with stores to ensure labor allocations are accurate, timely, and represent the intended workload.
  • Analyze labor drivers (sales, non-sell tasks, scheduling) to understand their impact to productive labor to develop actionable business recommendations.
  • Work as a member of the Store Ops team to communicate performance metrics and recommendations identifying trends and forecasts to drive future strategic business decisions.
  • Perform tracking and reporting of new retail programs and their effectiveness and profitability
  • Help to establish and assist in monitoring and reporting high-level KPI's for the field organization
  • Supports the Store Operations Team by collaborating with other teams and leadership to ensure team strategy aligns with overall vision
  • Works closely with Store Operations leadership to determine ways to improve operations through effective business decisions that ensure customer and employee needs are met.
  • Comfortable presenting data to all levels of business partners.


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a role requiring regular data analysis
  • Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite required including intermediate/expert level Excel skills
  • Ability to effectively manage own time, multi-task, and prioritize for optimal output
  • Ability to translate data sets into actionable, real world insights and recommendations.
  • Must be detail oriented and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Internally motivated and works well under pressure.
  • Must be available to work on Pacific Time hours to meet the needs of the business.
  • Occasional travel to HQ in City of Industry, CA is required.

Salary range: $69,049-$79,225
