Creative Video and Editing Intern

Are you passionate about storytelling and have a keen interest in fashion? Torrid is seeking a motivated Creative Video and Social Media Editor Intern to join our in-house Creative team for the summer. This role involves creating and editing social, brand, and product videos to be shared across various digital platforms.
- Reviewing raw footage and compiling highlight reels
- Conceptualizing and editing videos for our social media platforms
- Collaborating with the Marketing and Creative teams to generate content ideas
- Working closely with the Creative Team to innovate new and engaging online storytelling methods consistent with our brand
- Assisting in organizing and managing video files
- Open to college junior/senior level students and recent graduates with a major in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build cross-functional relationships
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced setting, adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- Skilled in shooting and editing videos using a smartphone
- Previous experience with brand storytelling and creating brand-appropriate content is advantageous
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday (40 hours/week) for duration of internship program. Internship dates: June 3 – August 9
